A note from me

Hey team,

When I first started VALSEA, I thought my job was to have the answers, make the decisions, and push us forward.

I'm starting to realize that's only a small part of the job.

I think my real job is to build an environment where all of us can think better, challenge each other openly, grow into stronger versions of ourselves, and build something none of us could have built alone.

I'm definitely not there yet. I know I have blind spots. I know there are times where I move too quickly, interrupt, don't listen enough, or unintentionally shut down ideas because my brain jumps to a solution before fully understanding someone else's thinking.

Those are things I'm actively trying to work on. That's why I'm asking for your help.

It's about helping me become a better leader for this team and helping us become a better team for each other.

I can't promise I'll agree with every piece of feedback, but I do promise I'll genuinely think about it with an open mind.

At the end of the day, we're all trying to build something meaningful together, and I know I can't become the leader VALSEA needs without hearing from the people who experience my leadership every day.
